Technical Support/ Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support to customers and handle problem escalations
  • Provide on-site technical support on a 24 x 7 (round-the-clock) basis
  • On-site installation, commissioning and support of Security and Access Control Systems
  • Maintain service call logs and status reports
  • Provide end-user training on Security and Access Control Systems

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • Proficiency in Linux, Win2k, WinNT
  • Proficiency in Security, Access Control Systems application software preferred
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Effective communication skills in English and Filipino
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
  • Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Full-time positions available
