Sales Administrator

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting operations by overseeing day-to-day support issues of current clients;
  • Managing end-to-end support activities (billing and customer care inquiries, technical trouble shooting, etc.);
  • Identifying revenue growth opportunities within new and existing accounts;
  • Increasing sales rep “selling time” by owning support activities;
  • Creating and executing customer life cycle support strategies.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
  • Recording sales and order information accurately on a monitoring system and discussing updates with direct supervisor;
  • Communicating new product developments to existing and prospective clients;
  • Generally, keeping abreast with the needs of existing and prospective clients to maintain an excellent working relationship with them;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Required languages: English, Filipino
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power point
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and results-driven
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • must be willing to work in Boni, Mandaluyong City
  • Should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
